Eat Your Coffee
Eat Your Coffee was a fast-growing food & beverage startup based in Boston. I led brand and marketing from the ground up, owning everything from creative strategy to execution across campaigns, packaging, and the end-to-end customer experience. In a true startup environment, I wore many hats -moving quickly, adapting often, and driving work forward with a highly hands-on approach.
Key contributions included building the brand bible from scratch, designing packaging for new SKUs, and shaping the overall visual and verbal identity of the brand. I designed and executed email marketing across the full funnel, and refined our SMS, email, and social strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. I also hired and managed a fully remote customer service team, planned booth design and marketing collateral for Expo West, and helped develop a seamless subscription experience; aligning brand, UX, and lifecycle marketing across channels.
